Return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Item condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at hello@insuusport.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 48 business hours.

Refunds

Once the items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly, in which case INSUU Sport will cover all costs.
